Eating more fish (like salmon and halibut), lean meat (chicken), and eggs will help you cut down those calories, lose weight, and get healthier!

Even compared to regular coffee and caffeine supplementation, decaffeinated coffee has greater improvement on appetite control.

When buying peppermint tea make sure to get the organic kind that is pesticide free! We highly recommend Traditional Medicinals Organic Peppermint Tea which is very high quality on Amazon.
