1. Actually Diet

Goodness Honey… Stop kidding yourself!

You can’t eat cookies and cakes and brownies and expect that muffin top to vanish with a little exercise. Not. Gonna. Happen.

Dieting will always trump exercise when it comes to losing fat, and you NEED to have the right fat loss system set up if you’re really expecting results!

2. Actually Diet Correctly

We don’t have time to explain everything, but here are the basics:

Rabbit Food– You should be scarfing down leafy greens at EVERY meal. More than you think!

Avoid – Cookies, cakes, brownies, and almost anything that comes in a package or box.

3. Let the Booze Cruise Sail Away

Alcohol is fun. I get it.

Put a few shots of Vodka in me and I’m a pretty good time.

But there’s one thing alcohol REALLY REALLY sucks at… and that’s helping you lose your muffin top.

It’s sugar in your body that is spiking your insulin and holding onto those pesky fat stores.

4. Minimize Stress Levels

5. Cable Twists

The key to this exercise is to go lighter on the weights or and keep your torso stationary throughout the movement. Only your arms should be moving the weights – Not your torso! Perform 3 sets of 15 on each side.

6. Side Plank Hip-Ups

Side planks are the crown jewel of oblique exercises. Remember to drive up with your hips while keeping your chest up (don’t slouch over). Perform 3 sets of 20 on each side.

7. Cross Body Mountain Climbers

Start out in a basic pushup plank position and drive your knee across your body. Perform 4 sets of 10 on each leg.

8. Side Plank Holds

This is the “nice guy” of oblique exercises: Consistent, reliable, a little boring, but effective. Perform 3 sets of 40 second holds on each side.

9. Russian Twists

The key is to go SLOWLY and emphasize the movement. Don’t be swinging your body around like an inflatable tube man. You’re better than that! Perform 3 sets of 30 total repetitions.

10. Side Mountain Climbers

Just a slight twist on the cross body mountain climbers where you drive your leg out to the side instead of the body. Perform 3 sets of 30 repetitions on each side.
